20hrs per week

We are looking for 2 part time administrators with a positive, helpful and sympathetic nature to support the Superintendant Registrar in maintaining the Crematorium and Cemeteries administration.

You will be :

  • Maintaining records and information, ensuring compliance with all Codes of Practice and Statutory requirements

  • Undertaking general administrative and clerical duties associated with the service.

  • Responding to enquires from the public, funeral directors and other service units in the Council

To apply you will need:

  • 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade c or above including maths and English.

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment

  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office programmes

  • A high standard of communication skills, verbal and written

  • Impeccable customer service skills
