Business Support Officer x2
£15,470 - £19,463 pro rata Pending a pay award
20hrs per week

We are looking for 2 part time
administrators with a positive, helpful and sympathetic
nature to support the Superintendant Registrar in
maintaining the Crematorium and Cemeteries administration.
You will be :
-
Maintaining records and information,
ensuring compliance with all Codes of Practice and
Statutory requirements
-
Undertaking general administrative and
clerical duties associated with the service.

Responding to enquires from the public,
funeral directors and other service units in the Council
To apply you will need:
-
5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade c or
above including maths and English.
-
Experience of working in a busy office
environment
-
Sound working knowledge of MS Office
programmes
-
A high standard of communication skills,
verbal and written
-
Impeccable customer service skills
