You will be

  • Working in the Income Section which is a small but busy team responsible for the timely collection and allocation of income and is within the Exchequer Department of Financial Services

  • Inputting invoice data and details, and the issue of bills to customers

  • Dealing with a variety of queries from both internal and external customers on the telephone and face to face

  • Maintaining the electronic filing system


You should:

  • Have GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and maths at Grade C or above.

  • Be able to demonstrate proven data input , an aptitude for figure work and accuracy

  • Be Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office including Excel

  • Have good verbal communication skills and work as part of a team

  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
